Research

I am a PhD student in the Department of Informatics, Umeå University. My PhD work concerns the relation between technology and online social interactions. I am specifically interested in the connection between technology and social interactions within online communities.

My PhD work started in 2003 and is based on ethnographic field work at LunarStorm. Estimated date for my dissertation is June 1, 2010.

My advisor is Erik Stolterman who currently works at HCI/d, Indiana University School of Informatics.
